Mr. Wenang Noto Buwono, Graduated from the Law Faculty of Diponegoro University as a Bachelor of Laws and from the Law Program at Diponegoro University as a Master of Laws, he has the expertise in criminal and civil litigation, regional election disputes, state administrative disputes and bankruptcy. He also has experiences in handling bankruptcy cases and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations either as a Receiver or Administrator.

In addition, he is an official member of the PERADI Advocates organization, Receiver of the Association of Indonesian Receivers and Administrators, and the Vice Chairman of the DPC PERADI Semarang for the year 2022-2026.
