Mr. Imam Setiadi, Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Diponegoro Semarang as a Bachelor of Laws with a Specialization Program in Civil Law, he has the expertise in criminal and civil litigation, industrial relations disputes, state administrative disputes and bankruptcy. He also has experiences in handling bankruptcy cases and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations either as a Receiver or Administrator.

In addition, he is an official member of the PERADI Advocate organization, Receiver of the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators, the Chairman of Education, Training & Professional Development of DPC PERADI Semarang for the year 2022-2026 and the Vice Chairman of the alumni association of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, Central Java.
